3. Eligibility for Cancellation

4. Billboard & Premium Packages

For billboard-related and premium visibility packages:

  • All billboard bookings are strictly non-refundable once scheduled
  • Display timing, frequency, and placement cannot be altered after confirmation
  • No refunds will be provided for completed or partially completed displays

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or expectations
  • Failure to submit required content on time
  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect submissions
  • Third-party platform issues (social media, billboard operators, etc.)
  • Changes in personal plans or circumstances

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid grounds may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or cancellation of services
  • Permanent restriction from future services
  • Submission of evidence to the payment processor

7. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on Razorpay and the issuing bank
  • Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable

8. Service Modifications

  • Modify service details if required for editorial or operational reasons
  • Replace unavailable features with equivalent alternatives

Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
